The Taparo Group sold several warehouses in Maramureş to WDP

The Belgian real estate developer WDP bought several buildings in Târgu Lăpuş and Baia Mare from the furniture manufacturer Taparo and of the supplier of textiles for the sanitary industry Techtex, part of the same group.

According to the latest report published by WDP, the transaction is about a total area of over 32,000 sqm and a value of EUR 16 million. Furthermore, WDP leased the premises purchased for 15-20 years also to Taparo and Techtex (through a sale and rent back contract), and the Belgians are planning an expansion on the purchased land.
