Today, the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem will hear an insolvency petition in the case of RAF STAVBY s.r.o. (formerly Raeder & Falge s.r.o.). On August 1, creditors filed a proposal for insolvency proceedings against a company that, for example, did not deliver bridges in the Karlovy Vary region, in Cheb and near Kfel.

In mid-August, the regional court granted the request of some creditors and appointed a preliminary insolvency administrator. The court will now decide on the possible bankruptcy of the company. According to the court's decision, the administrator was primarily supposed to review the accounting and ownership structure of RAF STAVBY, which became the successor of Raeder & Falge. The new owner is Freight Logistic Group a.s. Its sole shareholder is Pombal Group Ltd. based in the Marshall Islands.

Raeder & Falge is the contractor of the footbridge over the railway station in Cheb. It is a construction for 150 million crowns. The city is negotiating with a company that could build the footbridge. Registered receivables amount to millions of crowns.
