The Veterio Animal Clinic is set to open in September 2024 at the Diuna office complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The clinic, part of the LuxVet Group, will span over 2,200 square meters across two levels of Building A, offering advanced veterinary care with a 24/7 emergency unit, an intensive care unit, and specialized wards including surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and neurology. LuxVet Group, a leading player in Poland’s veterinary sector, aims to elevate industry standards with the support of investment funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, Cornerstone Investment Management, and INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund.

Veterio is designed as a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with advanced medical technologies such as MRI, CT scanners, and X-ray machines, enabling comprehensive surgical and diagnostic procedures. It will not handle basic veterinary services but will focus on complex cases, positioning itself as one of the most modern veterinary centers in Europe. The clinic will work closely with other veterinary practices across Poland to provide specialized care.

The opening of Veterio is part of a broader transformation at Diuna, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park. The office complex, owned by Syrena Real Estate, has been modernized to meet current market standards, including the revitalization of outdoor areas and the renovation of entrance lobbies. The complex, which offers 46,000 square meters of usable space and 1,200 parking spaces, houses various businesses such as Accord, Colgate, Ford, and now the LuxVet Group. The addition of the Veterio clinic aligns with Diuna’s goal of creating an inclusive environment for both employees and the local community.
