VGP starts construction of fifth hall at VGP Park Plzeň,
Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP started construction of the fifth hall in its logistics park VGP Park Plzeň, which is located in the industrial part of Pilsen - Bručná close to the E49 road and connected to the D5 motorway. On a plot of approximately 10 hectares, it offers almost 50,000 m2 of leasable areas suitable for light production, logistics and accompanying commercial activities. The tenants of the new hall will be DHL Express, which will lease 1,113 sqm, and Verhoek Europe, with a total of 2,170 m2 of logistics space. The expected date of completion of building E and its handover to use is in September this year. The building is implemented in the degree of green certification BREEAM Very Good.
