Developer 1Development Begins Work on Nordului 50 Project

Developer 1Development begins work on Nordului 50, an exclusive boutique building near Herastrau Park.

The project is built on a 3,200 sqm plot, and the works are planned to be completed in spring 2027. The Nordului 50 complex will have 29 apartments and two ultra-premium penthouses. The building will have two underground levels for shared parking and 6 above-ground levels.

For the execution of the project, 1Development has appointed the company Bog’Art. At the same time, the project is designed to obtain BREEAM certification, for sustainability and energy efficiency.
