The Swedish furniture group IKEA opened the Planning and Ordering Studio in Constanța, the first in Romania. "Come in, plan and order your kitchen, living room, kitchen or bedroom with us," Ikea Planning and Order Studio representatives urge buyers. The new format therefore includes, in addition to the planning area, a furniture solutions area and the presentation of a selection of products.

In parallel, IKEA is still preparing the ground to open a store in Iasi, the first phase of the project involving a significant investment of EUR 4.2 million.

"IKEA has been present in Romania for over 17 years. With two stores in Bucharest, one store in Timișoara and several pick-up points throughout the country, we are constantly looking for ways to make our range of home improvement solutions available to as many Romanian customers as possible. In this sense, we have an IKEA order pick-up point in Iași and we are actively exploring other options to meet the needs of the market. At the same time, we are working to ensure that we have all the prerequisites necessary to consolidate our presence in Iași, and these require time and adequate planning," the company said.
