Kaufland Hypermarket to Open at Family Market Tomești

Family Market, IULIUS Company’s convenience retail concept, has partnered with the Kaufland hypermarket for the project it is developing in Tomești Commune, Iași County. With an investment value of EUR 28 million, the project will comprise ample leasable premises (approximately 16,000 sqm) and will use the same format as the other two Family Market developments in Miroslava and Bucium, integrating a hypermarket, services, green spaces, and leisure areas.

The Kaufland hypermarket will span approximately 4,000 sqm and will be the anchor store of the project.
