Managed by EPP, Symetris Business Park in Łódź is expanding rapidly. Recently, it has secured new agreements with four tenants, totaling 1,265 sqm of office space. IRIS Telecommunication Poland (NOKIA Group), Xsys, and Archicom are among the new occupants. Additionally, the ground floor of Building B now hosts the BOOK&COOK Café, enhancing the facility’s amenities.

“Symetris Business Park is ideal for businesses seeking growth and comfort for their employees. The new leases, nearly 1,300 sqm in total, reflect the building’s high standard, confirmed by its Excellent BREEAM certification. We’re also enhancing our service offerings for tenants, including our recent partnership with the local concept BOOK&COOK,” said Maciej Sałata, Leasing Manager at EPP.

BOOK&COOK Café, an original project from a well-known creative space in Łódź, offers a variety of cold and hot drinks, snacks, and ready-to-reheat international dishes. “Our previous collaborations with Symetris tenants have been successful, and we’re excited to open a café here,” commented Paulina Kowalska-Prasał, Managing Director of BOOK&COOK.

Xsys, a supplier of flexographic and letterpress printing solutions, has leased almost 370 sqm of office space. IRIS Telecommunication Poland, specializing in broadband and mobile telecommunications services, will occupy nearly 650 sqm. Archicom, a developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, will open a flat sales office in the complex this autumn, taking up 210 sqm.

Symetris Business Park, with its convenient location and modern facilities, includes two Class A office buildings totaling over 19,000 sqm. The complex is designed to offer an inspiring and friendly working environment, certified Excellent by BREEAM and WELL HSR rated. Its modernist architecture reflects Łódź’s historical heritage. Henderson Park owns 70% of the complex, while EPP, owning 30%, manages it.
